मथुरा। कोरोना मृतकों के परिजनों से अवैध वसूली के मामले प्रकाश में आने पर मथुरा वृंदावन नगर निगम के नगर आयुक्त अनुनय झा ने चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए एफ आई आर दर्ज कराने के आदेश दिए हैं।
नगर के ध्रुव घाट स्थित श्मशान घाट के एक भाग को कोराना मृतकों की अंत्येष्टि के लिए बनाया गया है। पूरे जिले से कोराना पीड़ित मृतक अंतिम संस्कार के लिए इसी स्थान पर लाए जा रहे हैं। लगातार शिकायतें मिल रही थी कि वहां मौजूद कुछ असामाजिक तत्व मृतकों के परिजनों से जबरन अवैध वसूली कर रहे हैं। इसकी जानकारी श्मशान घाट संचालन समिति ने भी जिला प्रशासन को लिखित में दी है।
अवैध वसूली रोकने के लिए नगर आयुक्त ने सहायक नगर आयुक्त डीके सिंह की ड्यूटी लगाई है कि वह शनिवार और रविवार को स्वयं निरीक्षण करें तथा शिकायत सही पाए जाने पर तत्काल एफ आई आर दर्ज कराएं।
