मथुरा। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस से एक दिन पहले भाजपा सांसद और दिग्गज अभिनेत्री हेमा मालिनी ने हिमाचल प्रदेश पुलिस में कार्यरत महिलाओं को 50 सालों से उनकी अथक सेवा के लिए बधाई दी है। पुलिस द्वारा अपने ट्विटर हैंडल पर साझा किए गए एक वीडियो संदेश में उन्होंने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर एक कार्यक्रम की परिकल्पना के लिए पुलिस महानिदेशक संजय कुंडू को भी बधाई दी है।
8 मार्च को इस कार्यक्रम तहत राज्य की राजधानी में ऐतिहासिक रिज पर महिलाएं एक परेड में भाग लेंगी, जहां राज्यपाल बंडारू दत्तात्रेय मुख्य अतिथि होंगे।
हिमाचल प्रदेश के 50 वर्ष को चिन्हित करने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने शनिवार को अपने बजट भाषण में 65-69 वर्ष की आयु वर्ग की सभी बुजुर्ग महिलाओं के लिए 1,000 रुपये प्रति माह सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन को शुरू करने का प्रस्ताव दिया।
