मथुरा । नगरीय क्षेत्र में पूर्ण लॉकडाउन के पहले दिन शनिवार को मथुरा-वृंदावन नगर निगम की टीमों ने बड़े पैमाने पर सैनिटाइजेशन की कार्रवाई को अंजाम दिया । फायर बिग्रेड की गाड़ियों के अलावा निगम के छोटे बड़े टैंकरों से प्रमुख बाजार सड़कों में सैनिटाइजेशन किया गया। शहर के कृष्णा नगर के कैंटोनमेंट क्षेत्रों में महापौर डॉ मुकेश आर्य बंधु के साथ नगर आयुक्त अनुनय झा ने सघन निरीक्षण किया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान नगर आयुक्त ने निगम कर्मियों को निर्देश दिए कि वह अपने काम के दौरान आम नागरिकों से सद व्यवहार बनाए रखें तथा उनकी समस्याओं का जितना हो सके निदान करने का प्रयास करें । उन्होंने कहा कि विपदा के समय सरकारी अधिकारी कर्मचारी को जन सेवक के रूप में कार्य करना चाहिए । प्रदेश की सरकार के स्पष्ट निर्देश है कि आम नागरिकों को कोई परेशानी नहीं होनी चाहिए उसका हमको पालन करना है । लाक डाउन के पहले दिन मथुरा वृंदावन सहित निगम ने अपने ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में फागिंग का कार्य किया। ग्रामीण इलाकों में नाले साफ कराए गए। कोरोना मरीजों के घरों तथा गली मोहल्लों में विशेष सफाई अभियान चलाया गया।
शनिवार को प्रातः 9 बजे महापौर डॉ मुकेश आर्यबन्धु एवं नगर आयुक्त अनुनय झा के नेतृत्व में नगर निगम मथुरा वृंदावन द्वारा 70 वार्डों में नोडल अधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में विशेष स्वच्छता अभियान चलाया गया। नगर में वृहद सैनिटाइजेशन एवं स्वच्छता कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ कृष्णा नगर से किया गया। इस अवसर पर नगर निगम के वार्डों के सुपरवाइजर एवं सैनिटाइजेशन में लगे कर्मी तथा जेड एस ओ सफाई निरीक्षक अपने मय संसाधन के साथ मौजूद रहे । संसाधन में प्रमुख रूप से अग्निशमन विभाग की 2 गाड़ियां जलकल के 2 जेटिंग मशीन 2 वाटर स्प्रिंकलर 3 टैंकर आदि के साथ नगरीय सीमा क्षेत्र तक 2 दिन के सप्ताहांत लॉकडाउन में व्यापक सैनिटाइजेशन एवं स्वच्छता कार्यक्रम चलाया जाएगा। 23 नोडल अधिकारियो द्वारा लगातार अभियान का वार्डवार निरीक्षण किया जा रहा है।
नगर आयुक्त अनुनय झा द्वारा बताया गया कि नगरी सीमा में सघन आबादी होने के कारण कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण हेतु ऐसे जगहों को विशेष रूप से चयनित किया गया है जहां संक्रमण काफी ज्यादा है तथा मरीजों की संख्या में वृद्धि हो रही है। इस प्रकार सघन अभियान चलाकर इसे नियंत्रित किया जाने का प्रयास है। स्वच्छता में लगे सभी सफाई कर्मी प्रत्येक दिवस दो पाली में अपने निर्धारित क्षेत्रों में स्वच्छता कार्यक्रम के साथ गलियों नालो एवं जलभराव वाले स्थानों आदि में ब्लीचिंग का छिड़काव एवं एंटी लारवा स्प्रे का भी उपयोग करेंगे। साथी रोस्टर बनाकर नगरीय सीमा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत मच्छर रोधी फॉगिंग भी सघनता से चलाया जाएगा तथा यह भी निर्देशित किया है कि समस्त नगर निगम सफाई कर्मी, कर्मचारी, अधिकारी स्वयं भी संक्रमण से बचाव करने हेतु n95 मास्क एवं सैनिटाइजर तथा सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन अवश्य करेंगे।
स्वच्छता अभियान में लगे हुए समस्त कर्मियों को कोरोना संक्रमण से बचाव हेतु कोरोना रोधी किट जिसमें मास्क, सैनिटाइजर, पी पी ई किट आदि उपलब्ध कराई गई है। इस अवसर पर नगर निगम के पार्षदगण अधिकारीगण, स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी एस.एस. यादव एसएफआई के.के. सिंह राजकुमार लवानिया विपिन कुमार आदि मौजूद थे।
