मथुरा। चार दिन पूर्व नगर निगम क्षेत्रार्न्तगत मसानी नाले के बांधों को अराजक तत्वों के द्वारा तोड दिए जाने से नाले का पानी सीधे यमुना नदी में प्रवाहित हो रहा था जिससे यमुना नदी का स्वरूप नाले जैसा बन गया इससे कुपित यमुना मिशन के साथ काफी बड़ी संख्या में यमुना भक्त धरना देते हुए अराजक तत्वों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही की मांग कर रहे थे। नगर आयुक्त रविंद्र कुमार को जब इसकी जानकारी मिली तो उन्होंने तुरंत बाँध दुरुस्त करने के निर्देश दिए।
आज मंगलवार को नगर निगम की टीम ने तोडे गये दोनों बांधों को बनाया जिससे यमुना में जाने वाले नाले को डायवर्ट करके रोक दिया गया।
अभियान के दौरान सहायक नगर आयुक्त डी.के. सिंह, क्षेत्रीय स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी एस.एस. यादव, कर्नल योगेन्द्र सिंह-प्रवर्तन दल प्रभारी, श्याम सिंह क्षेत्रीय पार्षद, के.के. सिंह, नीरज कुमार, दीपक कुमार सफाई एवं खाद्य निरीक्षक समेत प्रवर्तन दल की टीम उपस्थित रही।
