मथुरा। आम नागरिकों के लिए नगर निगम की सेवा को बेहतर बनाने के लिए प्रदेश के नगर विकास मंत्री एके शर्मा ने डेडीकेटेड कमांड कंट्रोल सेंटर की स्थापना कराई है जिसके अंतर्गत कोई भी व्यक्ति निगम से संबंधित अपनी शिकायतों के प्रभावी निस्तारण के लिए 1533 राज्यव्यापी टोल फ्री टेलीफोन करके सेवा का लाभ उठा सकता है।
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के ऊर्जा एवं नगर विकास मंत्री द्वारा प्रदेश के नगर निकायों में नागरिक सुविधाओं के सुचारू संचालन तथा कार्यक्रमों के सफल क्रियान्वयन एवं जन-शिकायतों के प्रभावी निस्तारण हेतु डेडिकेटेड कमांड कन्ट्रोल सेन्टर एवं उसकी व्यवस्था को सक्षम बनाने हेतु 1533 राज्य व्यापी टोल-फ्री टेलीफोन सेवा का शुभारंभ किया है।इस संबंध में नगर निगम मथुरा-वृन्दावन में पूर्व से स्थापित कन्ट्रोल कक्ष में टोल फ्री नं. 1533 को प्रभावी कर दिया गया है। नगर आयुक्त अनुनय झा द्वारा नगर निगम मथुरा-वृन्दावन के सहायक नगर आयुक्त धीरेन्द्र कुमार सिंह राजकुमार मित्तल लवकुश गुप्ता को नामित करते हुये 02-02 कर्मचारियों की शिफ्ट वाईज डयूटी लगायी है। 1533 टोल फ्री नम्बर पर शिकायत कर्ता प्रातः 05ः00 बजे से रात्रि 09ः00 बजे तक अपनी समस्या/शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते है।
1533 टोल फ्री सेवा के बारे में नगर आयुक्त श्री झा ने बताया कि इस राज्य-व्यापी टोल-फ्री नम्बर के सिर्फ 4 अंक है जो आसानी से याद रहेंगे। यह नम्बर मिलाना नि-शुल्क (FREE) है। कोई शुल्क देय नहीं होगा प्रदेश के हर कोने से टोल-फ्री नम्बर 1533 पर जुड़ना संभव। प्रातः 05 बजे से रात्रि 09ः00 बजे तक समस्या/शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते है। मित्रवत टेलीफोन ऑपरेटर रहेंगे। अगर Call जनपद में किसी कारणवश नहीं उठी, तो स्वतः राज्य स्तर पर स्थापित DCCC पर उठाई जायेगी। मोबाइल अथवा Dot Phone- दोनों से शिकायत सुगमता से Automatically/स्वतः सम्बन्धित जनपद में दर्ज होगी। समयबद्ध, त्वरित एवं गुणवत्तापरक निस्तारण। नगर निकाय से जुड़ी हर समस्या का निस्तारण। समस्या का अंतिम निस्तारण में लखनऊ के DCCC कार्यालय की निगरानी रहेगी ताकि जबरन किसी समस्या को निस्तारित न दिखाया जा सके।
