लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश में सरकार के चार साल पूरे होने पर मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने शुक्रवार को यूपी सरकार की उपलब्धियां गिनाईं। योगी ने कहा कि 4 साल में कोई दंगा नहीं हुआ। पहले सरकार की सत्ता संभाली थी तब कानून व्यवस्था भ्रष्टाचार समेत तमाम मुद्दे प्रबल थे। अर्थव्यवस्था के मुद्दे महत्वपूर्ण रूप से शामिल सभी मामलों में पहले 3 पायदान पर कहीं नहीं टिकते थे। यह वही उत्तर प्रदेश है जो 4 साल पहले देश के किसान योजना में भी पायदान पर नहीं था। तत्कालीन सरकारों ने रुचि नहीं प्रदेश में 2017 से जो कार्य प्रारंभ किया। प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना, प्रधानमंत्री सौभाग्य योजना प्रधानमंत्री योजना, किसान सम्मान योजना ऐसी सभी योजनाओं में बेहतर प्रदर्शन किया है।
योगी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में उत्तर प्रदेश अब बीमारू राज्य की श्रेणी से हटकर सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बनकर उभरा है। योगी ने कहा कि आज ईज़ ऑफ डूइंग की लिस्ट में भी यूपी नंबर दो है, हमने काफी लंबी छलांग लगाई है।
योगी ने कहा कि आवास योजना, शौचालय योजनाओं में प्रदेश में देश में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया है। किसानों के हितों के लिए भी उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने काम किया। किसान राजनीति का हिस्सा 2014 के बाद बना। पहले किसानों का कोई ध्यान नहीं देता था। योगी ने कहा गन्ना किसानों के लिए भी सरकार ने बड़े स्तर पर काम किया। पहले इसी प्रदेश में कोई पर्व शांति पूर्वक नहीं होता था 4 साल में किसी भी पर्व में कोई अशांति नहीं फैला पाया। पहले प्रदेश में कोई आना नहीं चाहता था लेकिन अब प्रदेश सबकी पहली पसंद है पुलिस को भी प्रदेश में बड़े स्तर पर रिफार्म किया गया है।
योगी ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश के अपराधी दूसरे प्रदेशों में छुपकर की जान बचा रहे। भू माफियाओ को भी खत्म करने का काम उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने किया है। उत्तर प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य पर्यटन पुलिस रिफॉर्म क्षेत्रों में हमने बेहतर कार्य किया। हमने कमिश्नर प्रणाली लागू किया। सभी थानों में महिला हेल्पडेस्क स्थापित किया।
योगी ने कहा कि प्रदेश में ओडीओपी ने प्रदेश को नई पहचान दी है। 1करोड़ 80 लाख रोजगार का सृजन एमएसएमई के द्वारा हुआ है। नमामि गंगे के तहत गंगा को साफ करने बड़े स्तर पर काम हुआ। गंगा हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था का भी आधार है। पहली बार गंगा यात्रा का आयोजन उत्तर प्रदेश में हुआ था, जिससे आस्था के साथ अर्थव्यवस्था मजबूत हो सके। गरीब पहले सिर्फ नारों तक सीमित थे हमारी सरकार में गरीबो के लिए कई योजनाएं चलाई हैं। योगी ने कहा कि माध्यमिक शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बड़े स्तर पर काम हुआ है। नकल विहीन परीक्षाओं के लिए सरकार का काम सभी के सामने है। एनसीईआरटी का पाठ्यक्रम हमने लागू किया। सहारनपुर, अलीगढ़ आजमगढ़ में नए विश्वविद्यालय बने।प्रदेश सरकार की मुफ्त कोचिंग अभ्युदय योजना मे 18 लाख छात्र जुड़े।
