मथुरा । मथुरा वृंदावन नगर निगम की जमीन पर कब्जा करने वाले व्यक्ति के मंसूबों पर उस समय पानी फिर गया जब प्रवर्तन दल की टीम ने मौके पर पहुंचकर निर्माण कार्य रुकवा दिया। वार्ड संख्या 33 जयसिंह पुरा के पार्षद प्रतिनिधि सुमित शर्मा ने नगर आयुक्त अनुनय झा को अवगत कराया कि रेतिया मोहाल खादर की जमीन पर कुछ लोग कब्जा कर रहे हैं जिस पर तत्काल नगर आयुक्त ने सहायक नगर आयुक्त डीके सिंह के नेतृत्व में मौके पर राजस्व एवं प्रवर्तन दल की टीम को भेजा।
टीम ने जांच में पाया कि नगर निगम की लगभग 2000 वर्ग मीटर भूमि को मिलाकर चंद्र प्रकाश पुत्र रेवती आदि निवासी अर्जुनपुरा द्वारा चाहरदीवारी का निर्माण किया जा रहा है जिसे तत्काल रुकवा दिया गया। टीम ने निर्माणकर्ता को चेतावनी दी कि वह राजस्व विभाग से पैमाइश कराए जाने के बाद ही अपना निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ करें।
कार्यवाही के समय मौके पर लक्ष्मण शर्मा लेखपाल राधे बिहारी कनूनगो सूबेदार राजेश सिंह आदि प्रवर्तन दल की टीम उपस्थित रही।
