मुंबई। टेलीकॉम कंपनी जियो इस महामारी के दौर में अपने उन जियोफोन ग्राहकों को 300 मिनट मुफ्त आउटगोइंग की सुविधा देगी जो लॉकडाउन या किसी और अन्य वजह से रिचार्ज नहीं करवा पा रहे हों। कंपनी की ओर से जारी एक बयान में कहा गया है “हम जियो में यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहते हैं कि हमेशा जुड़े रहना सभी ग्राहकों के लिए सुविधाजनक हो। विशेष रूप से हमारे समाज के कम-विशेषाधिकार प्राप्त वर्गों के लिए सुविधाएं सुलभ और सस्ती बना रहे।”
बयान में कहा गया है, “रिलायंस फाउंडेशन के साथ काम करने वाला जियो हर महीने महामारी की पूरी अवधि के दौरान प्रति माह 300 मिनट (प्रति दिन 10 मिनट) आउटगोइंग कॉल की सुविधा प्रदान करेगा। ये उन जियोफोन उपभोक्ताओं की मदद करेगा जो महामारी के कारण रिचार्ज करने में सक्षम नहीं है।”
इसके अलावा, जियोफोन उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा रिचार्ज किए गए हर जियोफोन प्लान के लिए, उन्हें उसी मूल्य का एक अतिरिक्त रिचार्ज प्लान मुफ्त में मिलेगा।
