मथुरा। प्राथमिक विद्यालय तकिया विकास खण्ड चौमुंहा में शिक्षा मित्र के पद पर कार्यरत मनोज कुमार (35) पुत्र चेतराम निवासी सहार थाना बरसाना का कल 3 मई को के. डी. मेडिकल कालेज में कोरोना से निधन हो गया । मनोज कुमार को पंचायत चुनाव के लिए द्वितीय मतदान अधिकारी के रूप में गोवर्धन में लगाया गया था पंचायत चुनाव प्रशिक्षण के लिए मनोज कुमार 16 अप्रैल को बी एस ए डिग्री कालेज गए थे प्रशिक्षण से आने के बाद से ही धीरे धीरे मनोज की तबियत खराब होने लगी उन्हें बुखार होने लगा पहले तो परिवारी जनों ने सामान्य बुखार समझकर आस पास से ही दवाई दिलाई लेकिन जब तबियत में कोई सुधार नही हुआ और तबियत ज्यादा खराब होने लगी तो परिवारी जन उन्हें 29 अप्रैल को जिला अस्पताल लेकर पहुचें जहां से उन्हें कोरोना बताकर के. डी. मेडिकल कालेज रेफर कर दिया । मनोज कुमार का यहां 2-3 दिन उपचार चला लेकिन तबियत में कोई फायदा नही हुआ और 3 मई की सुबह मनोज ने दम तोड़ दिया । मृतक मनोज अपने पीछे तीन छोटे छोटे बच्चे योग्यता कुमारी 9 वर्ष ( बेटी ) हर्ष कुमार 8 वर्ष , कौशल 7 वर्ष ( बेटा) और सोनू भारती पत्नी 32 वर्ष को छोड़ गए हैं ।
उत्तर प्रदेश प्राथमिक शिक्षा मित्र संघ के जिला अध्यक्ष खेमसिंह चौधरी ने उनके निधन पर शोक व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि वे संगठन और शिक्षा मित्रों के लिए हमेशा संघर्षशील रहे और शिक्षा मित्र संघ चौमुंहा की कार्यकारणी में कोषाध्यक्ष थे ।
संघ ने जिला अधिकारी को पत्र भेजकर स्व. मनोज कुमार के परिवार को 50 लाख रुपये की तत्काल आर्थिक सहायता और परिवार के एक सदस्य को सरकारी नोकरी देने की मांग की है ।
