– 16 जनवरी को 25 लाभार्थीयों को लगेगा कोरना टीका

गोवर्धन। सीएचसी गोवर्धन में कोरोना वैक्सीन ड्राई रन का द्वितीय रिहर्सल किया गया । कोरोना वैक्सीन आने से पहले गोवर्धन सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र पर सोमवार को सुबह 10 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे तक 25 लाभार्थीयों को ड्राईरन वैक्सीनेशन किया गया जिसमें ड्राइ रन की टीमों में चिकित्सा विभाग पुलिस, होमगार्ड के अलावा आशा तथा आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री शामिल रही ।
सोमवार को जिला सर्विलांस अधिकारी मनीस पौरूष को गोवर्धन सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र पर नोडल अधिकारी ने ड्राईरन वैक्सीनेशन कर 16 जनवरी को टीका लगाने का प्लान तैयार किया गया।
मनीष पौरूष ने बताया कि केन्द्र पर कोविड-19 को लेकर टीम के साथ ड्राई रन से लेकर एक्चुअल वैक्सीनेशन और टीका करण कर तैयारियां पूर्ण की गई जिसमें मुख्य फोकस कर्मचारियों के बीच समन्वय, सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग, मास्क, वैक्सीन लगाने का सही तरीखा, लाभार्थियों तक वैक्सीन पहुॅचाने आदि की असल वैक्सीनशन की तैयारियों पर भी चर्चा की गई। टीकाकरण का आदेश प्राप्त होते ही सम्बन्धित व्यक्तियों को समय से सूचित करने की योजना बनाने के निर्देश भी दिये गये हैं। पुलिस, होमगार्ड्स, सिविल डिफेन्स, डिजास्टर प्रबन्धन विभाग, आदि के फ्रंटलाइन वर्कर्स की निर्धारित प्रारूप पर तैयार किया गया है। उपजिलाधिकारी राहुल यादव, सीओ गोवर्धन,सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र प्रभारी बीके सिसोदिया, एडीओ पंचायत जीडी जैन के साथ बैठक संपन्न हुई।
– पहले चरण में 25 स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को वैक्सीन लगेगी
गोवर्धन। असल वैक्सीनशन की बात करें तो गोवर्धन में पहले चरण में 16 जनवरी को 25 लाभार्थी स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को कोरोना की वैक्सीन लगेगी, दूसरे चरण में फ्रंट लाइन वर्कर्स, तीसरे चरण में 50 साल से अधिक उम्र के लोगों और अन्य गंभीर बीमारी वालों को वैक्सीन लगाई जाएगी।
– पुलिस सुरक्षा में पहुंचेगी वैक्सीन
गोवर्धन। उपजिलाधिकारी राहुल यादव ने बताया कि कोरोना वैक्सीन को के.एम मेडीकल कॉलेज पाली डूंगरा मथुरा में पुलिस सुरक्षा के बीच लाया जाएगा यहां से जनपद के सामुदायिक केन्द्र पर वैक्सीन को पुलिस सुरक्षा में जल्द पहुॅचाया जायेगा, कोल्ड चेन प्वाइंट्स से सेशन साइट तक वैक्सीन को पुलिस सुरक्षा में ले जाया जायेगा। टीकाकरण टीमें कार्य करेंगी 3 दिन में सभी को वैक्सीन लगाई जाएगी, जो छूट जाएंगे उन्हें चैथे दिन वैक्सीन लगेगी। हफ्ते में दो दिन वैक्सीनशन होगा, इस हिसाब से 2 हफ्ते में पहले चरण की वैक्सीन लगेगी। इसके अलावा प्रत्येक टीकाकरण केन्द्र पर बुलाये जाने वाले लाभार्थियों की सूची तत्काल तैयार कर केंद्रों पर उपलब्ध होगी।
– ऐसे हुआ वैक्सीनेशन ड्राई रन
गोवर्धन। वैक्सीनेशन बूथ पर सबसे पहले दो चेक पोस्ट बनाई गई, पहली चेक पोस्ट पर मोबाइल में आए मैसेज को चेक किया दूसरे चेक पोस्ट पर डॉक्यूमेंट्स चेक, हाथ सेनिटाइज कर लिस्ट में नाम देखकर आगे भेजे, तीसरी जगह पर हेल्थ केयर वर्कर के स्वास्थ्य के बारे में पूछकर, वेटिंग एरिया में बैठाया गया। डॉक्यूमेंट्स को कोविड पोर्टल पर पहले से दी जानकारी से मिलाया गया और नाम की एंट्री डाली गई, फिर वैक्सीनेशन के लिए भेजकर वैक्सीन लगाई गई। वैक्सीनेशन की जानकारी बताई गई, इसके बाद 30 मिनट तक निगरानी में रखा गया, अगर तबियत बिगड़ती है तो उसे अलग से एईएफआई मैनेजमेंट रूम में इलाज दिया जाता लेकिन किसी की तबियत नही बिगड़ी सकुशल द्वितीय वैक्सीनेशन ड्राई रन किया गया।
– इंसुलिन के इंजेक्शन से लगेगी वैक्सीन
गोवर्धन। जिला सर्व लाइंस अधिकारी और गोवर्धन सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र के नोडल अधिकारी बने मनीष पौरुष ने बताया कि कोरोना वैक्सीन की 0.5 एमएल की डोज मांसपेशियों यानी इंट्रा मस्कुलर में लगेगी। वैक्सीन लगाने के लिए इंसुलिन का इंजेक्शन लगाने में इस्तेमाल होने वाली सिरिंज का प्रयोग किया जाएगा।
