मथुरा। प्रदेश के ऊर्जा मंत्री एवं मथुरा-वृंदावन के विधायक पंडित श्रीकांत शर्मा ने जिलाधिकारी मथुरा को लिखित में चेतावनी दी है कि विकास एवं निर्माण कार्य में अनियमितता पाई जाती है तो उसकी संपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी जवाबदेही आप की मानी जाएगी। ऊर्जा मंत्री के इस कड़े पत्र से जिला प्रशासन में हड़कंप मच गया है ।
ऊर्जा मंत्री श्रीकांत शर्मा ने 4 जनवरी को जारी अपने पत्र में कहा है कि जनपद मथुरा के भ्रमण एवं प्रवास के दौरान समय-समय पर केंद्र तथा राज्य सरकार द्वारा पोषित समस्त विभागों के जनहित से संबंधित विकास- निर्माण कार्यों की खराब गुणवत्ता एवं अनियमितताओं की शिकायत जनमानस द्वारा की जा रही है। पत्र में उन्होंने जिलाधिकारी से अपेक्षा की है विकास/ निर्माण कार्यों पर आप स्वयं अपनी नजर रखे तथा अनियमितता मिलने पर संबंधित के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करें। यदि कार्रवाई करने में शिथिलता होती है तो आपकी (जिलाधिकारी) की संपूर्ण जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
ऊर्जा मंत्री द्वारा लिखे गए इस तल्ख भरे पत्र से सरकारी तंत्र हिल गया है वहीं भाजपा संगठन और आम जनमानस द्वारा उनकी बेबकता की प्रशंसा गई है ।
ज्ञात रहे पूर्व जिलाधिकारी के 3 साल के कार्यकाल में मथुरा में कितने जन उपयोगी विकास कार्य हुए वह जगजाहिर हैं। जिलाधिकारी के हटने पर अधिकांश वर्ग के लोगों ने राहत की सांस ली। अब नए जिलाधिकारी नवनीत सिंह चहल की कि जिस तरह मथुरा के लोगों को लोकप्रियता की जानकारी लगी है तो उम्मीद व्यक्त की जा रही है कि उनके कार्य काल में योगी सरकार के करीब बचे डेढ साल में जनता अच्छा महसूस कर सकेगी।
