मथुरा। जनपद सेशन कोर्ट ने हत्या के एक मामले में चार सगे भाईयों को जीजा के कहने पर एक युवक की लोहे के सरिया व लकड़ी के डण्डे से पीट-पीटकर मार डालने के मामले में आजीवन कारावास एवं दस-दस हजार रुपए के जुर्माने की सजा और अदा न करने पर एक-एक वर्ष का अतिरिक्त कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। नामजद चार अभियुक्तों में से एक अभियुक्त की मौत हो चुकी है।
सहायक जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता भीष्म दत्त सिंह तोमर ने बताया, यह थाना हाईवे क्षेत्र की पुष्पांजलि काॅलोनी का मामला है। जहां करीब साढ़े छह वर्ष पूर्व 28 सितम्बर 2014 को विजय रावत के दो पुत्रों वरुण रावत एवं तरुण रावत ने दो दिन पूर्व निकाले गए काॅलोनी के गार्ड विष्णु शर्मा पुत्र रमन निवासी धानौता ग्राम थाना कोसीकलां को शाम साढ़े छह बजे में काॅलोनी में घूमते पाया तो उससे पूछा कि आखिर वह वहां क्या कर रहा है।
इस पर विष्णु ने उनको गाली देते हुए कहा तुम कौन होते हो मुझे रोकने वाले तुम्हे तो मैं अभी देख लेता हूं। इतना कहकर वह वहां से चला गया और कुछ ही देर बाद पालीखेड़ा गांव निवासी अपने चारों सालों दिनेश अशोक राम व नन्दू पुत्रगण रामदास के साथ पहूंचा। उन चारो ने आते ही तरुण रावत को घेर लिया और लाठी डण्डे और सरिया से मारपीट कर अधमरा कर दिया।
मामले के वादी वरुण रावत ने बताया गंभीर रूप से घायल तरुण को तुरंत राजमार्ग पर स्थित आशा हाॅस्पीटल ले जाया गया। जहां चिकित्सकों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया लेकिन फिर भी एक आस में आगरा ले जाया गया वहां भी चिकित्सकों ने उसको मृत घोषित कर दिया
पुलिस ने एफ आईं आर में पांच नामजदों को गिरफ्तार कर हत्या में प्रयुक्त खून आलूदा लाठी, डण्डा व सरिया बरामद कर अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश (तृतीय) विनीत कुमार (द्वितीय) की अदालत में चार्जशीट पेश की। फाॅरेन्सिक टीम ने सभी हथियारों पर पाए गए खून के निशानों की मृतक के रक्त से पुष्टि कर दी थी। अभियोजन पक्ष की ओर से सात गवाह पेश किए गए।
न्यायाधीश ने मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए सभी अभियुक्तों को आजन्म कारावास एवं दस-दस हजार रुपए की सजा सुनाई। जुर्माना न जमा करने पर एक-एक वर्ष की अतिरिक्त सजा दी जाएगी। न्यायाधीश ने फैसला सुनाए जाने के बाद मौजूद चारो अभियुक्तों को तुरंत पुलिस अभिरक्षा में जेल भेज दिया गया। ज्ञात रहे कि शहर के स्वामी घाट क्षेत्र में कुछ माह पूर्व भांजे ने अपने मामा की गोली मारकर हत्या की थी। मृतक मामा राम इस घटना में नामजद अभियुक्त था
