मथुरा। सांसद हेमा मालिनी ने प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री से मांग की है कि वह मथुरा-वृंदावन सहित समूचे जिले में यमुना नदी के समीप खादर में जमीन की खरीद-फरोख्त रोकने के लिए तत्काल प्रभाव से रजिस्ट्री पर प्रतिबंध लगाने का आदेश जारी करें ताकि जन हानि के साथ-साथ राजस्व की क्षति से भी बचा जा सके। सांसद के भेजे गए पत्र पर मुख्यमंत्री ने गंभीरता दिखाई है। पत्र में सांसद हेमा मालिनी ने मुख्यमंत्री को अवगत कराया है कि खादर क्षेत्र में भू-माफियाओं कॉलोनाइजर बिल्डर्स द्वारा धड़ल्ले से प्लॉटों की बिक्री की जा रही है। डूब क्षेत्र में निर्माण कार्य होने से जहां जनहानि का खतरा बना हुआ है वही भोले भाले लोगों की आई पड़ गई है ।
पत्र में सांसद ने कहा है कि मेरे संसदीय क्षेत्र मथुरा में यमुना नदी में आई बाढ़ में सैकड़ों गांव के साथ साथ मथुरा वृंदावन की कई कालोनियां/बस्तियां पानी में डूब गई तथा प्रशासन द्वारा इनके बचाव एवं सुरक्षा में करोड़ों रुपया खर्च किया गया तथा निवासियों/जनता को जनहानि के साथ साथ आर्थिक नुकसान भी उठाना पड़ा।
यमुना नदी के खादर में कई वर्षों से स्थानीय निवासियों, कॉलोनाइजर, बिल्डर्स, भू माफियाओं, द्वारा अवैध निर्माण किया जा रहा है तथा भोली भाली जनता को जमीन प्लाट बेचकर घर निर्माण के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है स्थानीय रजिस्ट्री विभाग भी राजस्व आय की आड़ में यमुना खादर की जमीनों की खरीद फरोख्त में कोई भी रोक नहीं लगा रहा जिसके कारण यमुना नदी में आई भीषण बाढ़ के कारण जनता के साथ-साथ प्रशासन को भी अत्यधिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा तथा यह समस्या कई वर्षों से प्रति वर्ष लगातार जारी है।
