लखनऊ। कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों को देखते हुए यूपी की योगी सरकार ने लॉकडाउन का ऐलान किया है। इसके तहत आवश्यक सेवाओं को छोड़कर प्रदेश में शनिवार और रविवार को सभी प्रतिष्ठान बंद रहेंगे। वहीं इसके अतिरिक्त जिन जिलों में 500 से अधिक एक्टिव केस हैं, वहां हर दिन रात्रि 08 बजे से अगले दिन प्रातः 07 बजे तक आवश्यक सेवाओं को छोड़कर शेष गतिविधियां प्रतिबंधित रहेंगी। इस नियम को तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू किया जाए। यूपी सरकार ने अपने निर्देश में अपील की है कि जहां तक जरूरी हो, घर से बाहर न निकलें। पर्व और त्योहार घर पर ही मनाएं, निकलें तो मास्क जरूर लगाएं।
योगी ने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र, राजस्थान और दिल्ली से प्रवासी जनों की वापसी हो रही है। सीमावर्ती जिलों में विशेष सतर्कता बरते जाते की आवश्यकता है। इन प्रवासी कामगार/श्रमिक जनों के सुगमतापूर्ण आवागमन की व्यवस्था की जाए। गृह विभाग और परिवहन विभाग समन्वय बनाकर आवश्यक कार्यवाही करें। इन प्रवासी श्रमिक जनों की टेस्टिंग और आवश्यकतानुसार ट्रीटमेंट की समुचित व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए।
योगी ने कहा कि कोविड संक्रमण से सुरक्षित रखने में टीकाकरण सर्वाधिक कारगर है। उत्तर प्रदेश में अब तक कोविड टीकाकरण अभियान बेहतर ढंग से संचालित हुआ है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने एक मई से 18 वर्ष की आयु से अधिक के सभी लोगों के टीकाकरण की व्यवस्था लागू की है। उनका यह निर्णय स्वागतयोग्य है। टीकाकरण का यह नया चरण कोविड से लड़ाई में निर्णायक सिद्ध होगा। एक मई से शुरू हो रहे वृहद टीकाकरण के लिए सभी जरूरी प्रबन्ध सुनिश्चित किए जाएं।
कोविड संक्रमण को कम करने के लिए राज्य सरकार बदलती परिस्थितियों के बीच लगातर कदम उठा रही है। सभी जिलों में कोविड डेडिकेटेड अस्पतालों को बढ़ाया जा रहा है। आईसीयू और आइसोलेशन बेड में हर दिन इजाफा हो रहा है। प्रदेश में ऑक्सीजन सहित सभी मेडिकल आवश्यकताओं की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जा रही है। अपवाहों के फेर में न आएं।
