नयी दिल्ली । कर अनुपालन के मामलों में आयी तेजी और अर्थव्यवस्था के पटरी पर लौटने से गत वित्त वर्ष देश में कुल कर संग्रह 27.07 लाख करोड़ रुपये का रहा, जो वित्त वर्ष 22 के बजट अनुमान 22.17 करोड़ रुपये से करीब पांच लाख करोड़ रुपये अधिक है।
वित्त मंत्रालय ने शुक्रवार को बताया कि पिछले वित्त वर्ष प्रत्यक्ष कर संग्रह में 49 प्रतिशत की जबरदस्त तेजी रही और अप्रत्यक्ष कर संग्रह में भी 20 फीसदी की बढ़त दर्ज की गयी।
मंत्रालय के मुताबिक इसके कारण सरकार को इससे वित्त वर्ष 20-21 के दौरान संग्रहित 20.27 लाख करोड़ रुपये की तुलना में गत वित्त वर्ष 34 प्रतिशत अधिक कर संग्रह प्राप्त हुआ। मंत्रालय के मुताबिक पिछले वित्त वर्ष के दौरान सकल कॉरपोरेट कर संग्रह 8.6 लाख करोड़ रुपये का रहा, जबकि इससे पिछले वित्त वर्ष में यह आंकड़ा 6.5 लाख करोड़ रुपये रहा था।
आयकर विभाग ने गत वित्त वर्ष करदाताओं को 2.24 लाख करोड़ रुपये का रिफंड दिया। पिछले दो साल के दौरान रिफंड के बैकलॉग को खत्म करने के प्रयास तेज किये गये हैं, ताकि कारोबारों के संचालन में तरलता की कमी न रहे।
वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 के दौरान 2.4 करोड़ रिफंड जारी किया गया, जिसमें से 2.01 करोड रिफंड उसी साल से संबंधित थे। इनके लिये 31 मार्च 2021 तक रिटर्न फाइल किया गया था।
मंत्रालय का कहना है कि रिटर्न को प्रोसेस करने की गति में आयी तेजी के कारण यह संभव हो पाया। आयकर विभाग ने 22.4 प्रतिशत रिटर्न को उसी दिन प्रोसेस किया, 75 फीसदी रिटर्न एक माह के अंदर प्रोसेस किये गये। रिटर्न प्रोसेस करने का औसत समय 26 दिन रहा।
पिछले वित्त वर्ष के दौरान 7.14 करोड़ रिटर्न फाइल किये गये, जबकि इससे पिछले वित्त वर्ष में 6.97 करोड़ रिटर्न फाइल हुये थे।
मंत्रालय के मुताबिक अप्रत्यक्ष कर में जीएसटी संग्रह का अच्छा योगदान रहा। कोरोना संक्रमण की लहरों के बावजूद सीजीएसटी से प्राप्त राजस्व 5.9 लाख करोड़ रुपये पर पहुंच गया, जबकि इससे पहले यह आंकड़ा 4.6 लाख करोड़ रुपये रहा था।
आलोच्य वित्त वर्ष के दौरान मासिक औसत जीएसटी राजस्व 1.23 लाख करोड़ रुपये रहा जबकि वित्त वर्ष 2020-21 में यह 94,734 करोड़ रुपये और वित्त वर्ष 2019-20 में 1.01 लाख करोड़ रुपये रहा था। इस दौरान कस्टम ड्यूटी से प्राप्त राजस्व में भी 48 फीसदी की तेजी देखी गयी।
