मथुरा । नगर निगम मथुरा वृंदावन के जलकल विभाग में वर्ष 2020- 21 के ट्यूबवेल संचालन एवं ठेके में व्यापक अनियमितता पदीय दुरुपयोग को लेकर भाजपा के पार्षदों ने हल्ला बोल कर दिया है।
निगम के पार्षद हेमंत अग्रवाल राजेश सिंह पिंटू मेधश्याम सैनी रामदास चतुर्वेदी यशोदा पटेल ने ऊर्जा मंत्री श्रीकांत शर्मा को प्रेषित पत्र में निगम के जलकल विभाग द्वारा ट्यूबबेल संचालन सहित अन्य ठेकों में भारी गड़बड़ी करने का आरोप विभागीय कार्यों पर लगाया है।
आरोप है कि नगर निगम के ट्यूबबेल संचालन के ठेके में 6 लोगों के शामिल होने पर संचालन कर रही फर्म में मै. नेशनल पंप कॉरपोरेशन व पंप इंजिनियर्स एंड ट्रेडर्स सक्रिय हुई उन्होंने जलकल विभाग के महाप्रबंधक रमेश चंद रघुवंशी से सांठगांठ कर टेंडर निरस्त करा दिया। टेक्निकल खुलने के बाद भी टेंडर निरस्त करना शर्तों को बदल कर फिर से ठेका उठाना व्यापक अनियमितता है। इन फर्मो का इतना प्रभाव है कि इनको बार-बार एक्सटेंशन भी देते हुए बड़ी धनराशि का भुगतान कर दिया गया है। नगर निगम अधिनियम 1959 की धारा 132 पांच का उल्लंघन किया गया है।
टेंडर की जानकारी पार्षद एवं कार्यकारिणी समिति को नहीं दी जाती इसके अलावा जलकल विभाग के लिए कोई भी पार्षद की कमेटी आज तक नहीं बनाई गई। पत्र के अंत में पार्षदों ने इस प्रकरण की उच्च स्तरीय जांच या अन्य विभाग से कराने की मांग की है । इस संबंध में कलेक्ट्रेट पर एक ज्ञापन डिप्टी कलेक्टर ओ पी तिवारी को दिया गया। पार्षदों का कहना है कि गड़बड़ी के बारे में उन्होंने लिखित में महापौर डॉ मुकेश आर्य बंधु और नगर आयुक्त को भी अवगत कराया था।
